As I continued building my career, I had the opportunity to share my journey, expand my knowledge, and work alongside people from all walks of life.
But with every conversation, I noticed the same pattern.
People weren't failing because they lacked ambition or intelligence. They were overwhelmed by financial decisions, buried under conflicting advice, and trying to build their future without a clear system to guide them.

I didn't grow up with a perfect financial blueprint.
My story began in the Caribbean, where I was raised between St. Lucia and Barbados before moving to the United States to build a new life.
Like many of the people I work with today, my financial journey wasn't always straightforward. Starting over meant navigating unfamiliar systems, making difficult financial decisions, and learning firsthand that financial peace isn't built by chance—it's built through intentional systems.
Those experiences shaped the way I approach financial coaching today.
With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and more than eight years of experience in finance, I've learned that lasting financial change comes from understanding your habits, creating practical systems, and having someone beside you with accountability and encouragement.
That's why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all financial advice.
Instead, I partner with every client to build personalized financial systems that help them move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling confident.
For me, this work has always been about more than numbers. It's about helping people build a stronger foundation for the future they envision.
